"What times exactly is the queue going to be active? We’re aiming to have the queue available every weekend starting around Friday afternoon and switching off sometime early on Monday morning. This will be in the local time for each region. The goal is to have it up once the weekend starts (that’s Friday night right?! :P) so we should get three evenings of fast game mode funtimes."

No sorry, you don't get the 22-24 like Riot said, you get half of the 22 all day the 23, and early termination the 24th. Enjoy about 2 days of URF. Talk about bs -.- they take down urf early on Sunday night, but are not willing to bring the game up early on Friday? No no we have to wait over half the day for the queue to go live.
