A Solution to the ADC Dilemma

In summary, the proposal to riot is: Instead of buffing and nerfing adcs and then having problems balancing them later. Give ADCs better supports. Specifically more supports like lulu in that she buffs allies and suppresses the kill potential of enemies on allies (assassins). Basically a sort of enchanter class or an overhaul for supports. Giving supports a bigger and slightly less vague role will allow for the role to be more enjoyable, while having supports actually have an impact on the game's direction. The problem is not that ADCs are weak early, but that they need better supports, while making the role of support not only essential but fun. Again a type of enchanter type supports are more welcome to this meta. Look to lulu and janna's success, as well as nami's. MAYBE a whole support class rework is needed at this point.
