Can we make it so that you can't ban a champ that your teammate has selected for pick intent?

My past few lobbies, I've been trying to practice Gangplank top lane. I get into lobby, and select Gangplank as my pick intent. Every time, one of my teammates that gets to ban decides to ban my Gangplank. I call him out on it, and it's the same story, "Wtf gp is still op i ban who i want gg." It shouldn't take four or five games for me to get to play the champion I want to play, but the solutioin is to simply make it so that teammates cannot ban champions that are selected for pick intent.

Hell, even easier would be to just give us back Team Builder. It seems to be what the community is asking for anyway, and there was no reason to take it away anyhow.

Here is a tip.

Don't prepick a champion.

Well I was gonna agree with you...but Gangplank man...

...actually no, Fiora is still worse. Bump!

I'd pick a less FoTM champ.

And also a less OP one.

Why practice a champ if he has like a 90% ban rate?

It depends on where you are in the pick order, if you're first pick with a FoTM champ then try to make sure your allies know that so you can get him, besides that sorry man.
