First dodge of the day should be free

Im fed up of having to wait 6 min to play and lose LP cause a dumbass is already trolling in champ selection.

I know if first dodge is free people would dodge more and bla bla bla but its not even fair that the people who play the game for real have to pay for the typical idiot in this game.

Something should definetely be done about this issue.
