RITO PLZ PERMA BANS IN ARURF

Not having perma bans in ARURF really brings it down go back to the old URF days and make perma bans it would make ARURF soooooo much more enjoyable.URF used to be just have fun but thefun is gone when you go against a champ like Karma or Nami who having 80% cooldown reduction breaks them over the point of fun to play and go against.I would appreciate if would consider this an option when ARURF is released thank you and have a blessed day.#MakeURFgreatagain
