Kat Q has two things about it that shouldn't happen according to tooltip.

The tooltip explicitly says that Kat Q will follow people location when they got hit. not the location they moved to after they got hit. this happens right now live

if Kat Q hits you. and you flash. it will follow you. the tooltip doesn't say anything about that

the other thing. if kat Q hits minions. it will follow enemy champions. again the tooltip does not say it prioritizes champions to follow.
