Lead Producer of League Used To Be a Part of Bungie???

I just found out Joseph Tung, also known as New0001 was the executive producer for Halo: Reach and is now the current Lead producer for League of Legends. Now this isn't a problem per say but its very intriguing to me that he went from an FPS scene to what was essentially a strategic arena game. It's not much of a topic on its own but it could explain why there is currently a lot of favoritism towards flashiness and fast kills in League. Think about it, FPS games are known for their fast paced action and instant gratification. So my theory is that maybe his previous line of work is creating an unintentional bias for a more fast paced League.

PS: That is just my theory and is 100% speculation, I have no idea what actually goes on in his mind.
