Who is in charge of balance at Riot?

Who ever it is, I'm not saying you should fire them, but I hope you put some serious thought into it. Or if it is the whole damn team, replace them. Since season 4 all I have seen is broken reworks, broken updates, broken champion builds. Nothing being addressed for months. Riot always promising to "observe it".

Take singed for example. I personally believe he needs huge nerfs. I mean the only advice people can give to fight him these days are "don't chase him" and "don't fight him unless you are super fed". What kind of broken nonsense is that?

Let's go on to tanks. Listen I get it, tanks absorb the damage, great. That is what they are meant for. But when it leads them to being able to out trade fighters and slayers in 1v1, it's not as okay anymore. That isn't to say tanks should go down so easily, But Nautilus and Malphite building pure armor and mr and being able to trade evenly with squishy damage deals is a problem.

Can we also address Lee SIn and VI being unaddressed cancers? Like both are gap closers with huge damage. Both cancers and at this point are going to need nerfs in the coming season.

Also Cassiopeia is another unaddressed cancer. Her speed, mobility, and damage. WTF is that about. Her rework just made her even more toxic.

on too adc. They are playing every lane and are out damaging fighters and slayers. Will they be addressed? No. YES, there are champions in need of reworks and buffs, Varus and kog come to mind. Kog was super broken a little while ago. So instead of fixing it, they nerf him into the ground. Meanwhile all the other adc's are playing top, jungle, mid, and support. And they are doing better than the actual laners. Riot's logic? "ADC is the only role absolutely needed in all games." which is a load of bull shit.

Listen season 4 wasn't perfect, but when someone killed me, they had skill. It wasn't oh look cancer Vayne is in my lane. Time to play in the turret. Even if I fought a counter champion, I had wiggle room to outplay them. Now it's broken meta is only choice. All other champions must wait 4 months till we think about fixing anything.

I legit love playing this game. But it's infuriating playing a champion only to be shat on by unaddressed issues. If you outplay me, great amazing. But that isn't happening anymore. It's just about the broken choice of the month.
