Season 9 Ranked

ok so i played my top lane promos went 3/5 all 5 loses someone on my team ragequit, then played my jungle promos 4/4 in 3 of the loses i had a ragequit on my team, so now i went from gold last season to silver this season because my teams just quit, when is there gunna be a real penalty for quitting in ranked? because my mmr and rank are jacked now because of it, ill climb out of silver but still riot do something i report them but we all know they get what like a 1 hour ban.....oh wow i learned my lesson, and also about the new ranked, the fact the season is split into 3 is stupid its not fortnite its league of legends, also last season i liked to switch roles while playing ranked for a nice change of pace, but this season i cant because all my roles will be in diffrent ranks, i think the ranked changes will do more harm then good but what do i know i actully play the game unlike riot they just change it and hope it works
