Random thought on Singed's Passive

What if instead of getting HP for mana, he got a custom item akin to Victor. Except instead of a staff of glorious evolution, he instead got a potion that he can upgrade as the course of the game progresses. The potion could be swapped out at the shop with various effects and buffs it could provide him with depending on what he's planning on doing.
