Why aren't Item Sets coming back?
Why are Item Sets tab removed from the client and why aren't they coming back? I want my Item sets tab back. But they're gone in the client, yet they exist in-game? Still? With all the fancy changes and updates, and bug fixes to the updated client, what's the purpose of taking away a tool which improves the gameplay experience. Removing Item Sets tab takes away several aspects of creating and promoting a healthy and more full gaming experience. RIOT even has some developers creed of investing in their game and the gamer that they claim to uphold to hold themselves accountable.
I recall a few months back, (but I can't find it) the Nexus Board /Dev or Ask Riot commenting about this that RIOT had no plans to add them into the updated client,
yet...
- I can't plan out different builds ahead of time. Which if I'm not alone in this promotes an environment for the community to use "Stale" builds and makes it more difficult to add new/updated items to my build.
- I'm wasting time back at the fountain trying to find a new item that I've started to add to my build for this particular match. Which is obvious why this is a problem.
- Nothing on the Client allows me to look up an item to compare item-item or item-champion details to help determine whether to switch up my build or which items would work together more fluidly and be more effective, which the Item Sets tab allowed me to do. 4)There's a majorly useless "Spells" tab in my Collection... which i stopped going to after summoner lvl 12, about 6 years ago I think, which could be replaced (or added to) by the Item Sets.
As stated I recall the comment that RIOT hadn't had plans to add the Item Sets tab back in... but I've yet to hear any good, reasonable answer as to "why", or if they DO plan to add it later does anyone know for sure?
