First Ranked game

When I first joined League of Legends I rushed to level 30 because all I wanted to do was play ranked games to see how well or poorly I did against people who actually wanted to win and climb rather than just have fun, I reached level 30 and that's exactly what I did play some ranked games, I am not sure if I just tried a lot of champions while leveling or what but after a while I decided to make a smurf account to try and re do my promos now that I knew more about the game, seeing if I could get a higher ranking and try and pair up with better players or to see if I truly belonged where I was then I saw that there was a champion requirement, some patches come and now the champion requirement is even higher and I think this is the wrong way of going about slowly down the amount of people that join rank as soon as they hit 30. When you open a lobby for ranked you have to choose two lanes, which makes you believe that you can get better at those two lanes and climb that way but auto fill exists and people obviously hate it because they poured hours into those two specific roles to get better and then suddenly they are in a roll that they don't feel comfortable so I have a suggestion which I believe can solve a common problem in low rank, which is people testing out champions, and can also solve the hate for auto fill. My idea is simple, instead of restricting players to have 20+ champions to be able to play ranked they should have 2+ champions on each role, and there is already a tab which lets you search each champion by category so I don't see how that would be too hard, and you can only join ranked of you met the previous requirement but also all 8+ of those champions must be Mastery 5 or higher... maybe Mastery 4 if 5 seems too harsh, but also keep that restriction for EVERY champion, meaning you cannot use that champion in a ranked game unless they are Mastery 5 or higher. Yes I know you can play a champion off role in a different lane and troll your way to Mastery 5 with a bunch of champions but at the very least if the person gets auto filled they can use a champion they are familiar and probably confident with and won't feel as angry when they are near their promos or in their promos and auto fill happens.

TL;DR = Reduce the champion restriction for ranked from 20 to 8 with 2+ champions on reach role and the 8 champions must be Mastery 5 and you can only play ranked with a champion if you are Mastery 5 or higher.
