So hey Riot, here's what you can do to Zoe.

It'll appease the sheeple that whine about everything, and it'll preserve Zoe being, you know, viable (which she hardly is right now).

1: Make the effects Zoe picks up with her W use the value from her level (or make them scale with her W rank maybe), instead of a couple above.

2: Make the puddle on her E have a lesser effect than a direct hit and not grant the CD reduction.

Blamo. Zoe isn't "rewarded for being bad" or any of that nonsense I hear people complaining about, she has to actually land her abilities to be meaningful, and people can't complain about her lane phase.

But, knowing how you work... we'll nerf the base damage on her Q, make her passive scale less, and make her E bad. Then, when she has a 30% winrate with a very low playrate and loses lane 100% of the time, you'll just ignore her.
