Can't turrets just do more damage?

How about removing that max damage on turrets? have it ramp up slower after the current max, but make it go on indefinitely. If you're somehow still tanking past 10 seconds, it should probably start ignoring shields and bonus health. Cough Cough Cough cough.

At least do this for nexus and possibly inhib turrets, these champions just to name a few can dance around turrets chasing you while just laughing at the damage as it tickles their toes.
