Summoner Icon Descriptions

There are a lot of Summoner Icons out there, and it's difficult to remember exactly what they are and why you have them. Especially since many of them were earned for certain in-game achievements (the Ascension icons, role icons from Teambuilder, etc). It would be really cool if we could see the name and a brief description of the icons in the icon selection screen - so we can look back and remember how we earned them more easily. Something simple - just a small text box coming up when we hover the mouse over the icon - would be really great and make the icons more meaningful, especially for people who collect them.
