weird ping change since urf.

so ever since urf came out, my ping had randomly spiked to about 114 ms flat no spikes no ups or downs its consistent, but before the urf patch i had been playing on 32ping so its a huge jump in ping for me. have run multiple speed tests and they have come out fine its only seemed to affect league so i dont beleive its my isp. also recently replaced my motherboard. any thoughts?
