Does Infinity Edge increase Jhin's ultimates 4th shot damage?

I remember before when Jhin had any source of bonus crit damage either from old runes or from Infinity Edge his ultimate's tooltip would update for how much bonus damage his 4th shot would deal. This means instead of still showing his 4th shot would deal 200% damage, it would deal 250% damage(old IE).

Today however when you buy Infinity Edge his ultimate's tooltip DOES NOT CHANGE and still says it deals 200% damage, not 225% damage.

Is this a bug? Is this intended? Was he never supposed to get bonus damage on his ultimate's 4th shot?

Infinity Edge increases the damage of all crit effects, as far as I know this includes Jhin's 4th ult shot and for example Karthus isolated Q damage as well as Anivia's E damage on frozen targets.

The tooltip iirc says that it crits with the proper color and denotation that his passive has it. So I would say yes. And it definitely does have more damage than I feel it should when with ie.

test the AD on practice tool (put in infinity edge 1st then take it off and put on similar AD to see interaction)
