Honestly how can Riot allow a champion to make armour basically a worthless stat?

Math!

So a champion has 300 armour, 210 bonus, 90 base.

Last Wispear Reduction = 45% of 210 = 115.5 so:

> 195 Amour Now

His E Reduction = 40% of 195 = 78 so:

> 117 Amour Now

Now Lethality, this can change depending on his items, runes and masteries, etc.

So it can be upto 70~ (3 items) so:

> 47 Amour Now

So this champions has made a 300 armour tank have less than 50 amour, that's 250 armour made useless, or 5,000 gold worth of stats, without giving anything up at his end, this is incredible broken.

He might have huge damage potential but it is disgustingly easy to avoid the barrels and if you're keeping track of his barrel out put then you can easily discern when to go in and kills him. And thanks to Riots nerfs, it's easy to kill a Gangplank early game.

It also takes a lot of precision and set up(which is pretty easily countered) for someone to Land GP barrels and what GP does in damage, he loses in tankiness. Yes he has a single CC cleanse with a decent heal, but if you take the fight to a GP before he can layout a trap. It is SUPER easy to nullify him. He's also pretty easy to focus down and combat in lane.

In Plat and above he doesnt even break 50% win rate currently. If you removed his armor pen he would have zero uses.

Is lethality Gangplank a thing? I thought people built crit on him
