Turret late and early buff, mid game nerf
Champion level is a good indicator of strength. Although I think there should be one more change. Why not make your champ gain turret resistance as the game goes on? This change is a major buff to turrets early game, but as the game progresses they get weaker. This is meant to stop turret diving at early levels and give turrets the feeling that they actually matter.

Outer and inner turret damage to champions only:
based on tower's attack damagedeals 40% max health physical damage lowering by 3% per champion level down to a minimum of 13% at levels 10-18.
Hits required per level: 1=40% 3 2=37% 3 3=34% 3 4=31% 4 5=28% 4 6=25% ~5 (accounting for regen and armor) 7=22% 6 8=19% 6 9=16% 7 10-18=13% 8
At level 10-18 the damage will continue to go down as champions gain armor from levels and buy resistances.
