Pulsefire Twisted Fate's particle effects needs to be clearer to read.

Putting this here because it's a direct issue with Gameplay.

The particles are too subtle and difficult to read, simply put. I'm not the only one having this problem, either. I asked around about it to the other players in the game and even people on his own team were telling me they were having trouble discerning what was what and when he was porting in.

They really should stick out more.
