Is it so freaking hard to update the new stats of things after a patch?

Really, this has been like the 5th time in this year that things are just not update. During champ select, at least, Celerity is still listed to grant 9.6% AD and 16% AP, which are the stats provided in 8.15. This makes me have to double check patch 8.16 for hot fixes and can also cause confusion to players who haven't read patch notes, or might think that the change is reverted or something.
