ezreal doesn't need to be "nerfed" if he was just normalized instead

currently ezreal is strong in lane. super strong mid game. and shit late game. he has 45% winrate late game. 61% winrate early game and 58% winrate mid game

if his power curve was normalized. he would be better to play with as and against. hes just overbearing mid game but quite useless late game. with the current flow of game. most games don't go late game. so thats why hes strong
