12 player FFA battle arena mode
Here I'm proposing a(3 technically) new game mode in wich 12 players head against eachother in a free for all brawl, the goal is to get as many points as possible. Points are earned in a few ways
-Kills
Yup, and don't worry about heavyweight feeling like a wet noodle, there will be 'instakill' zones which can be triggered via Hard CC, not a bajillion but a decent amount scattered around this map.
-Location holdings
Certain locations will grant buffs for owning them like in TT, if you hold these buffs you'll get bonus points on kills and events -events
Events such as:
scuttle race: Similar to the one in nexus blitz but with 12 players and 12 crabs D:
, heal the injured (For supports and other healers) heal sick and injured creatures or kill the thing hurting them,
fend off the void creatures from your spawn: Bots like from start guardian game mode trying to reach your spawn
The map: This map will have a lot of strange things going on, buff camps with actually hard npcs (Worth a few points), secret shops, Projectile blockers, a hill to be king of, Capturable alters, and instakill pitfalls.
The npcs will be again similar to star guardian or odyssee enemies, they'll give things like red buffx2 the instakill pitfalls will be of two types, stun zones and knockback zones, knockback zones are like a meat grindr, a stun zone is like a turret that takes a second to target. that way tanks don't have useless wet noodle fights Secret shops: you gotta buy your gear somehow, everyone will be able to afford a 6 triforce build by the end of the match, that's how the gold income works
There will be three divisions in order to maintain a better balance, Lightweight consists of mages and adcs plus some of the supports, Medium weight is Fighters, assassins and a few outlying mages that might just be too toxic for lightweight mode, and heavyweight
Any champ can move up one tier higher if they so choose, but never down a tier, thus allowing medium weights in heavy weight or light weights in medium weight, that being said, it would likely be at that player's detriment barring a few exceptions. you could pick ash into medium weight but you'd probably regret it, and you could pick rengar into heavy weight but again.. you'd likely wish you hadn't
Itemization: all items within the coding of the game are available... no exceptions
Champ select? You select your champ before entering a lobby, similar to how old team builder works. You go "Man i want to play yasuo" and then lock in yasuo to enter the queue for this mode, waiting, then you'll be put in a match with like 2 other yasuos, a riven, six zeds, a katarina, and an ahri.. and everyone is probably m7 so show them you're the most m7
here's the list
Lightweight: This is basically Mages and ADCs

Medium Weight: Assassins and fighters, some mages moved here due to their mobility and/or sustain putting them in a more fair fight against champs in this list

Heavy weights: Mostly tanks and juggernauts
