I've started playing 3 years ago and since the very first game i've played Teemo was there to make my gametime suck. So I don't necessarily ask them to remove Teemo but just to nerf him a bit. I know for some people Teemo is the mascot of League but in-game he is a rage generator.
That's why I making this poll hoping Riot will see it.
A limit of 3 shrooms would entirely destroy the purpose of them as a powerful map control tool. If you had to nerf Teemo (and I don't think he needs it), I'd just decrease the duration from 10 minutes to 7 or 8 minutes, which would have the effect of limiting his shroom number in a less heavy-handed and destructive way.
Teemo's balanced in my opinion. He dominates some lane matchups, but isn't very helpful in teamfights.
Teemo is not really a problem in games, he's a niche pick that even when he does dominate a lane match-up, 9 times out of 10, he has far less utility, and teamfight presence in the late game. He's relegated to being a slooooow split pusher with strong yet easily countered map presence in his shrooms.
As a Singed main, I know the pain of fighting a Teemo in lane. There are few worse champions to have to deal with. BUT, even when I go 0-6 in lane against that dirty rat, Come late game, I'm still flinging goo, and flipping opponents back into my team, and winning major fights at their inhib turret, while Teemo's hiding from our AP champions who can 100-0 him.
The poor boy has been nerfed enough. Just give him a damn rework already.
