Leagues most insane ADC that i can think of is that nasty rat

there are so many things that is ok with in his kit but every sense the assassin changes that happened in the last pre-season did some alright changes.

but really I think it made a better champion... maybe a little too good with his stealth change into camouflage...

His detection range is too small!!!

He is an ADC that has a detection range that is meant for an assassin.

He has so much team fighting burst with his ult and that makes it burst harder with his e.

Please nerf him before he causes problems with the new runes along side (overused meme)
