Alright, i've seen some of the preseason stuff. (Regarding Tanks and D Shield)
D Shield: Range effectiveness addition is good, but heres my problem with it: If its going to regen up to 40 health, and its based on % missing health...How in the world is someone going to survive poke and dot in the early game if Specters and base health regen remains the same? I would probably give the regen per 5 a melee bonus. Tanks: Flat out, they need a stat update. Some higher health and some higher base armor and mr would work fine. In return you lower the scaling per level they get so items become the core of their tankyness late game. An update on Tank items would also be appreciated.
