About Rengars Q

First off, thanks Riot for bringing back the knife cat we all loved.

But, the Q feels a bit clunky right now. You can't really Q -> Empowered Q because there's a little delay (as in, you can't empowered Q for like .5 seconds) and it feels clunky. Just make it so you can Q -> Empowered Q like it was on old-old Rengo, because the ADCs get oneshot either way, the only difference is it actually feels good to use.

Also, the Q animation for Mecha Rengar is very VERY unsatisfying, it's just a normal Autoattack but a tad bit faster. Using classic skin for now, rip 1350 rp.

Overall tho, thanks. Feels good to play old rengar again. (But seriously tho, the 0.5 or even .25 delay on Q feels clunky af with no difference for the enemy what-so-ever)
