RIOT GAMES IN CAMEROON !!!

After several research on the net? I find videos that talk about the game in CAMEROON. so I wonder if about LOL, there would also be players in Cameroon? and if yes! what servers do they use? are you recognized by RIOT? I even heard about an official LOL League, like the LFL in Cameroon, they call it LCL 237. And so, what do you think of Cameroon at LOL?
