Champion Return for IP

I was thinking about champions and how you can only get back the same RP or IP for a limited amount of times before not being able to do any more exchanges before doing things to get those exchanges back, even then you can only exchange things you've bought within 30 days of purchase or exchange. So i was thing of an IP exchange for champions, you would resign your purchase of a champion and get back IP, not RP though since that would break the system. The way it would work is whats below i did it so that only extremely IP expensive champs get you a large enough income that's not spam-able: 450 IP -1/1-> 450 IP in your account 1350 IP -1/2-> 675 IP in your account 3150 IP -1/4-> 788 IP in your account 4800 IP -1/5-> 960 IP in your account 6300 IP -1/5-> 1260 IP in your account The low income prevents unbalanced exchanges, 14 champs worth 450 IP would equal 1 6300 champion.
