Please Change Your Ranking System

I'm a plat+ ELO player stuck in silver and it's so frustrating. I like playing games with children, it's not so fun playing competitive rank with kids who are several tiers below you in skill level.

I have a 65% win rate and carry most matches. It's just not fair or fun playing with kids so much worse than you over and over and over. But wait there's more!

If and when I finally get to plat GUESS WHAT !! I HAVE TO CLIMB TO PLAT ALL OVER AGAIN ON OTHER ROLES!!!! YAAAAAAAAY
