Bonus for waiting

There is that mobile game named Black Survival and they have a bonus for waiting more than 1 minute for a match. Something like this would be working fine in League and we would be rewarded for waisting time before matches. Sometimes we have to wait more than 5 min or in ranked even longer than that. The higher in ladder the longer we wait. This bonus would make it possible to feel like it matters.
