I want to know what I could've done better to help my team win the game. I roamed bot and top and denied enemy jungle but in the end we were crushed later as evelynn continued to get picks. I had an early advantage, but nobody wanted to follow up on objectives once we won trades.
What should I have done better?

There's some issues with itemization. From the looks of it no one on their team was doing well except Eve. Assuming she grabbed some early kills i would have went mercs instead of zerkers. Get a maw in there instead of just the scimitar.
The only other person you need to worry about is twitch, but THEORETICALLY no matter how far behind a janna / ashe is you have some tools to make him manageable at least.
I just realized you have unranked people on your team while eve is plat 5 with a level 9 singed. Don't take this game as more than it is = A total abomination of matchmaking. This isn't a great game to sample tbh.
