Ultra Rapid Fire Game Mode

I have played League of Legends for 3 years now and i have not had more fun playing than during the URF game mode. i know this was a temporary event but is there any possibility of either bringing it back very soon or making it a permanent game mode. I put more time in for this event any other and played more that week than i have played in the last year.
