Masteries and Lock In (Dynamic Queue)

Some of us like too rearrange our mastery pages during picks and bans because not everybody does it before. But if you're, say, second to ban, this makes it really annoying if you don't notice straight off the bat and then suddenly you're getting countdown notification sounds. It makes it worse when, with four seconds left on the clock, the mastery page you attempted to X out of prompts you to save your masteries.

Please for the love of god, remove notifications if a summoner has 5 seconds or less to lock in a pick or ban.
