Ideas for singed passives

Ive had a couple ideas for new singed passives for a couple years now, and id like to share them.

Idea 1 Incorporating his shield to his kit ; Singed takes 10%-25% (scaling with lvl) reduced damage from all sources when attacked from the front

Idea 2 Another way to include his shield to his kit; _ When singed collides with another unit, said unit is slightly pushed to the side_ (similar to how Vi's ult works but with less push distance),_ parting a path for singed._ This unit is immobilized for a very brief time (less than .25 sec) _and takes 50-200 true dmg _[deals half dmg to minions, monsters take full dmg] (scaling with lvl). Cannot effect the same unit more than once every 16-6
seconds (scaling with lvl)
