Jungle Farming

Crap ton of crap·7/24/2018, 3:02:00 PM·1 votes·1,191 views

As a jungler stuck in bronze 3 using the smite whilst taking second camp because of the damage taken, i had to always recall and then continue doing camps. Could anyone possible help me on how to efficiently clear the jungle camps most importantly stay healthy. I watched videos on youtube and it said to get further and further away from the camp to prevent unnecessary damage. Is this correct? And how far back should I go in order to not let the camp reset? I main Shyvana, Xin zhao and Olaf, but mostly Xin zhao. He is really good in this patch but i still take a lot of damage. Any help in appreciated, I am trying to climb to bronze 1. I also understand Xinzhao is early fighter and shyvana is late fighter. Does this affect on anything i said before?XinZhao Shyvana summoner 11

Why the hell are you building Shyv AP?! She's made for on hit, not some dumb troll mage build that screws over your clears. You're also getting smashed bc you're levelling E-Q-W for your opener when you'd want W-E-Q for more damage and AoE so you can clear faster and not get smashed while slow clearing. Runes are wrong and bad as well. Doing everything wrong on Shyv. Most reliable build and super fast farm clearing to get Shyv 2 levels up on everyone is what lets her spike and fight. item 3077 - item 1419 - item 3748 open to either tank up or add in item 3153 to shred any carry in seconds and super fast clear

IDK how you can possibly have sustain issues on Xin when he has built in heals on top of everything else. Always start E on Xin. In the last few you've started with a diff ability each time. E gives you attack speed to burst down that buff camp faster, will proc more machete lifesteal, and gets you your 3rd hit bonus heal & damage faster. Also building him very poorly and gold inefficient, such as getting triforce and gauntlet when the sheen proc doesnt stack, or getting excessive amounts of consumables or components just to sell it later. Triforce and cleaver rage passive also wasted when they dont stack item 1412 - item 3057 should let you fight anyone early on especially if you're farming and ganking properly. Finish up item 3078 then build for whatever else is required to fight the team comp, can be tanking up or more damage. Can also opt for on hit xin but usually not as effective unless its a full on tank brawlfest

You need to orbwalk/stutter step so only 1-2 monsters are hitting you at a time. Keep moving except when your auto attack is up then turn to attack and move again so all the monsters arent nonstop hitting you. You shouldnt need to use any pots on the first camp with the leash, and make it a priority to get a scuttle for lots of sustain. Pretty common to go buff, camp then scuttle while only needing 1 pot charge leaving another pot and 2 smites up to finish the rest of your first clear

Hi there.

For XinZhao, you should generally start with item 1041item 2031item 3340 when you're jungling.

General Build: item 1412item 3078 then tank items.

You should start with your E first to get the attack speed at level 1, then take Q at level 2 to get the knock up. Most Xin Zhao players like to max W first starting from level 3, and max E second starting from level 10.

Xin Zhao's passive heals him for a little bit of health every third auto-attack. So you have to continue auto-attacking with Xin Zhao even as you drag the camp so that he remains healthy while clearing. Don't just attack the monster then run away to stand in a set spot. Auto-attack, walk a couple of steps, auto-attack, walk a couple of steps, repeat. Doing this properly should allow you to easily save time on your clear, save your smite for important camps, and remain quite healthy.

A camp resets based on how fast its "Patience" bar depletes. A camp's leash range (distance that the monsters walk to attack you) is around 700 units (a small bit larger than your E range), and outside of that leash range, the patience bar depletes rapidly(in about one second). Damaging the monster delays its patience bar depletion. It is possible for some champions with very high attack speed or dps in the mid and late game (such as Kindred or Ezreal) to constantly delay the patience bar depletion and drag a camp quite a bit farther than normal. Both Kindred and Ezreal and other such champions can sometimes drag the wolf or raptor camps to the mid lane with enough attack speed or proper spell weaving. Xin Zhao generally can't do that though since his base attack speed is meh and he doesn't build all attack speed items anymore.

For Shyvana, you should also generally start with item 1041item 2031item 3340 when you're jungling.

General build: item 1419item 3022item 3748 then tank items.

You should start with your W for the AoE and bonus auto-attack damage at level 1, then take E at level 2 because it does more damage than your Q. Most Shyvana players like to max W first, and max E second from level 10.

Shyvana doesn't really have passive healing on her kit, so you'll have to rely on your potions, scuttle crab, and the jungle plants to remain healthy. Shyvana can use the same method that Xin Zhao uses to kite camps.

On Shyvana specifically, dragons are very important due to her passive. Prioritize getting dragons if you can.
