5 point masteries

the masteries where you have a choice between 2 skills...5 points in either or some spread seems pointless. typically 1 is more suited to your specific champion, so it might as well be a single point choice like the next tier, since you are going to put all 5 pts into one or the other mastery anyway.

it might be different if we could put more than 18 points in a tree...or if we could take 5 pts in the 2 masteries in tier 1. pick tier 2. skip tier 3. pick tier 4...
