Is there an ETA on a fix for The Culling?

As I'm sure is fairly common knowledge by this point, Lucian's ult is bugged on patch 5.23. Currently, it does not do 400% damage to minions as stated on the tooltip (it deals significantly less damage, unable to clear a wave at any stage of the game), and there's been no mention of that change being made so it's likely not an intended nerf. This makes for some conditional but very frustrating minion-block scenarios mid-fight. Is this bug going to be hotfixed before the next patch? Or will it be fixed in 5.24?

Riot has not made any comments concering this bug I'm sure they are aware of it but they have not even made a statement about if they are or not. If it is not fixed in 5.24 it will not be fixed until 2016

Are you even sure its a bug? If you are on the losing side, the enemy minions get buffed more and more the harder you are losing, so it wouldn't be surprising if you are backed into your base or even part of it destroyed that the minions would be able to take Lucy's Ult with ease.

Lucian's ult shouldn't be doing 3000 damage late game anyways.

The minion bug should be fixed if it is a bug, but fuck his ult.
