Nautilus Hook Range And ToolTip

Its just "naut" accurate. I have more nautilus games under my belt than most and notice time and time again that: 1: The tool indicator is far shy of the actual range. 2: The stated "1100 range"(thresh hook) should be closer to 12/1300 as its markedly farther than thresh's hook.

(or im crazy and missile speed/hitbox animation tricks my brain into thinking its farther because you can hook from farther away without them retreating in time)

If anyone would actually like to test this it would be nice pm me in game i just need an ally thresh and an enemy
