Get Me Out Of This Elo

So I recently got back to Silver 1 and the people in here are just so bad. I can't even carry going 20/6 as Jhin. This is just one game I lost on him doing that well. What is it im doing wrong cause I have a lot of kill participation and smash my lane but my other lanes are losing. I don't want to say its my fault that I lost but Idk.
