Strange Wording in Login Notice

We will still be doing a soft ranked reset at the start of the season, but if you manage to climb higher during preseason, we will take that into consideration.

This doesn't mean that performing worse in preseason won't affect you, does it? And what are they considering? Your season launch rank in the future?
