RANDOM URF? REALLY? HM..

AR URF is 100% not random ... you can see only the same champions (70% the champs of the week) personally i have 42 champions, and i only get the champs of the week ,janna, annie ,warwick shaco and teemo .

is it actually free or you only get the champs riot want to promote?
