What is wrong with the system

Senna rage quit after dying two times in a row. Disconnects. Doesn't come back. And I lose 21 LP? Why am I losing 21 LP for a game that I lost with an AFK? When I win LP on an average of 16 at a time? what the fuck? I wish I can post the fucking screenshot I took to prove this.
