Language Change

I think riot should allow players to let them change the language of their clients without having to restart league in another region just for a favorable language. I wanted to switch my language to Korean because i was born there and wanted to sense some familiarity with my country however i cant because language change is not possible anymore. I hope riot makes a new language change settings.
