A button for chat

Heres an idea. have a button in the settings, if toggled, it will allow you to receive all chat from players who curse, flame, etc. if not toggled, you will not be able to see these people messages. a person who has this toggled cannot report someone for the things they say because that is their choice to have that option toggled and see that type of behavior. This way people are making an active choice to be involved or partake in "toxic" behavior, when there is an easy way to avoid the flaming of chat by UN-selecting the option to see such behavior.
