Anything is a thing pre lv 30. Zed has some wave clear as all his spells are AoE. Start Gromp/Krugs, do Wraiths/Wolves and then Smite red for extra hp and you should be fine.
For runes pick some armor yellows, AD or AS reds and scaling MR blues. Try to go with a 0/18/7 masteries if you feel you take too much damage. It is worth to consider a 7/18/0 if you feel like some extra damage will make you clear faster and take less damage due to it.
Right now, any champion can jungle with relative ease.
