Need some Help

i am looking for someone to coach, help me, or just people to give general tips for ranked in s6 last season in solo queue i was silver 3 and i think i deserved that rank last year this season i was placed in bronze 3 and was able to climb my way up to silver 5 the issue is i play the game a lot and i feel like im just not improving and have almost flatlined i really am looking to improve more i think i have some issues with choosing champions and descision making and if anyone wants to help please comment below :D
