4 Great Players, 1 Bad Player - Teams for Fun League, Unranked

I was thinking of a fun way to mix up the normal games and teams just for the hell of it. My idea is to have 4 great players (or good, etc.) and 1 OK Player (aka the "bad player"). This way, in a custom game, both teams have a non-ranked, bad player that the other 4 essentially have to carry in the game to overcome their possible mistakes in the game.

Rules:

1. Games are Summoner's Rift
2. Team has 4 Ranked Players, 1 Unranked Player 2a. Ranked Players must be same or similar level (i.e. Diamond 3 with others and not like Diamond 3 / Bronze 5). This way the teams can be appropriately matched up for play 2b. Unranked player must have complete match history proving (as much as possible) that they're not "awesome" in disguise -- this will be community approved. The community will attempt to uncover potential smurf accounts of higher level players.
3. Unranked player must play a key role, like ADC, etc..
   3a. Each team's unranked player must play same key role in the same game.
4. Unranked player must play. No sitting in the base to avoid getting killed.
5. Only the unranked player can play a champion currently listed in the top 5 win rate for that particular role.
6. Ranked players can't flame (too harshly) their bad player. Your goal is to raise them up, not shut them down.

Schedule of Play:

1. Once I have a few "somewhat" evenly matched teams, I can post dates & times of the game with links, etc. The schedule depends on who's on and when. I imagine the "teams" would want some practice together before a match.
2. I will setup a round-robin setup so everyone gets to play one another
3. After round-robin is over, brackets will be established.

FAQ

1. Is this being sponsored or run by a legal entity or game center? A. Nope. I completely just made this up.

2. What's the point of this? A. An alternate way to play the game with other people and have a spin on the rules for other's enjoyment at your expense.

3. How will matches be played? A. I will set this up round-robin style once I establish all the teams and their ranks. After a predetermined amount of "league play", we can have a mini-playoffs.

4. Why are you doing this? A. I have been playing LoL since September and I love the game. I'm not "great" at it as I still have a lot to learn. I wanted to introduce another way to play the game that "should be" less stressful as they are not ranked games and meant to be fun.

That's the thought. With your help, we can make this happen. If you have more "rules" that you want to see, please post them here. I know there is much more we can add like "Ranked players can't buy items before level 7", etc.

Just curious if anyone has any interest. If so, let me know. I can be the first "bad player" to sign up. Just need another bad player, and 8 good players.
