Climbing
Climbing is absolutely stupid, I'm s5 currently. I got demoted from s3 and now i'm just hard stuck. It's such a coin flip with the teammates that I have been getting. Anyone wanna climb with me to get out of silver?

I will play with you! What time zone are you in? I am Pacific. It looks like you play mid mostly? I can top/Mid/adc if needed.

I don't know how you expect to climb anywhere with a 45% winrate but that's far too low to claim it's your teammates. Just focus on getting better yourself and you'll climb it's really not that hard in low silver.
Classic blame the game & allies for your own issues excuse when you're crying you aren't being carried enough to a higher elo. Made a new acct and got to gold in 40 games after being placed low silver, did I just get lucky with allies? Nope. I learnt the game

Climbing is a coin-flip only in the very short term.
You can swing up or down based on luck; getting a few AFKs, a few inters, ect.
By and large though, you'll end up where you need to be. If you find yourself "hard stuck" anywhere it's because you've hit your skill plateau, and you need to dramatically improve (generally just in one area) to get higher.
