There's a reason why I don't play blind pick

I just tried playing a game with my sister, who is lvl 6, she hasn't played in over a year and we went into que for bots... but My game crashed and now i have a penalty for it :I every time it goes to champ select, it crashes, making me unable to choose a lane, and then it crashes again, closing out league :I so now I have a penalty thanks riot
